The history of the United States is short, but it is quite complex. Therefore, there are no easy answers to some of history's biggest questions. That means we must become detectives in order to formulate an opinion which is supported by facts. The discussions we have had in class often do not have one set answer because the information is interpreted differently by different people. Think about all of our class debates and then try to imagine what made arguments stronger or weaker. Also, think about the research skills we learned at the beginning of the year. When you combine the two, you will be significantly more prepared for this class' discussions and debates!
